This is a pretty quick and easy meal to make (as long as the sourdough bread is made ahead of time 😅). All you need to do is toast some bread, whip up your omelet to your liking, and add your avocado or guac to it! Then top with your favorite seasonings or toppings!

Homemade guac:
Soooooo I am one to eyeball things most of the time (unless it’s a recipe I’m trying to follow). I also know this isn’t your traditional guac, but I’m just calling it that for now. Here are the ingredients I use.

Ingredients:
» 2-3 Avocados
» Lime juice (can use lemon as well. This will help with the flavor along with browning
» Garlic salt
» Onion powder
» Watkins Chili lime seasoning

For the guac, I just smash the avocados with all of the above ingredients and taste it as I go to see what I may need to add more of to the mix.

Anyway, share this with some of your sourdough friends and family (see if you can get some of their bread too haha)!
