Thank you for clicking on my page. I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I’d say my style of training is what some call a “powerbuilder” (a mix of powerlifting and bodybuilding). Having personally trained in this style, I can tell you it works if you’re looking to get toned and stronger at the same time.
My mission is to help you navigate your fitness and health journey throughout this confusing world by taking the guesswork out of your workouts and diet. There is a lot of misinformation out there and I want you to become confident whether it be in the gym, in the kitchen or anywhere else!

Outside of fitness and photography, some other things or activities I enjoy are gaming (I’m mainly a PC person), anime (my favorite show right now is Jujutsu Kaisen), and going for walks. Also I am a huge dog lover.
When it comes to fitness, I enjoy lifting weights, hiking, and running fun 5k events like a mud run or color run! Otherwise, you may see me somewhere in the kitchen making some kind of nutritious yet tasty meal. I believe it is important to take time to invest in yourself through proper exercise and nutrients, and would love the opportunity to show you how.
